Shipping

I aim to ship parcels as quickly as possible and I send orders with Post Nord Tracked and insured. Post Nord deliveries within Denmark can take 2-3 business days from your time of purchase, but I make every effort to send everything out ASAP. International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, they will always be sent with tracking.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a knife purchased from me please don't hesitate to get in touch. Knives require care, but they are meant to be used. So if there is a defect with materials or a workmanship issue, please contact me and we can arrange a repair or replacement if necessary.

Knives can be returned with 28 days of purchase for a full refund if sent back in unused condition. Please contact me to arrange this.

Taxes

I do accept international orders. Changes in the VAT/Tax law in Denmark in July 2021 means that depending on where you are located may alter the price of my knives:

• Invoices to the UK and the US is “VAT free” meaning I don’t have to charge VAT on your invoice. This also applies to all countries outside EU. Please keep in mind that you will need to pay tax and possibly customs duties possibly even before receiving your parcel.

• When it is an invoice to the EU, VAT must be reported and paid in the Member State where the final consumption takes place. This means there will be a VAT charge on your invoice and I will report it and pay the bill to the member state. You should not get a Tax or customs duty bill.

Please be aware that you are responsible for tax + customs duties + fees in the destination country for your order.
